EPIC collected above 100 experience reports across Europe and connected different regions using video conference facilities. All presentations are still available and are maintained on a web server of the project coordinator.

ISCN represented Ireland and Austria in this initiative and helped to organise a video conference as an associated event to the annual IST conference in December 1998 in Vienna.
