ISCN'97 Conference

10 - 12 November 1997, Hotel Flamenco, Budapest, Hungary

In association with
European Quality Week, 10 - 16 November, Budapest and John von Neumann Computer Society

Tutorials

At this conference we present an up-to-date portfolio of tutorials. The PICO (Process Improvement Combined apprOach) Leonardo project has developed (in the last two years) a book, tool, and a set of training courses which specifically address different target groups within an organisation (small workshops for business managers, training for practitioners) and all courses will be offered in form of tutorials for the first time at a conference.

Another new tutorial deals with "Personal Character Development" and how personal efficiency is the basis for organisational effectiveness, which is an approach coming from top US experts from the non-IT field and which can as well be applied to any industry sector including IT.
