Komfort Hotel, a 3* hotel with a nice atmosphere in the very center of Copenhagen.

Cab-Inn Scandinavia Hotel, a 3* hotel, 8 minutes by bus from the City Hall Square. The rooms at the hotel are very small - like cabins on a steamer - but comfortable and modern, and you may choose to stay up to 4 persons in the same room. The price per night is DKK 505 for one person and DKK 140 per extra person in the room.

Social Events:

Wednesday, 8 November, 19:00: Banquet at Restaurant NIMB, Bernstorffsgade 5, next to the Central Station. On the last night of the conference a banquet is arranged at the NIMB Restaurant. The restaurant is actually situated in the Tivoli Gardens but as The Tivoli Gardens is closed, it will not be possible to visit the amusement park. A 3-course dinner with beverages will be served. Dress: Lounge suit.

The official conference language will be English. Please notice that interpretation will not be provided.

Lunches
Lunches and coffee are included in the fee and will be served at the conference site.

Transportation
The train with direction Helsingør (Elsinore) and Central Station leaves from the Airport every 20 minutes. Public bus no. 29 leaves every 10 minutes from the City Hall Square to the conference site and on its way, the bus passes the Cab-Inn hotel. Ask the driver to stop at Falkoner Allé. The drive is 10 Minutes.
